Rights Advisory

Why choose Rights Advisory?

We provide a unique combination of law firm rigor and accessibility with a personal, grounded advisory style, tailored to business realities.

Our founder is among a select group of professionals who have been shaping global human rights due diligence good practices since the adoption of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in 2011.

This is because we know from our many years of practical experience what works and what does not; what over-compliance and ineffective tools look like.

We understand the purpose behind each due diligence obligation in the laws now shaping the field, and therefore, what effective implementation looks like.

Our mission is to help companies thrive through meaningful and tangible human rights actions, starting from where they are. We integrate due diligence into existing processes and never offer off-the-shelf solutions. Because like humans, each company is unique in culture, needs, and challenges. This approach is more cost-effective and impactful, focusing efforts where they matter most.

In my experience, effective human rights due diligence is not about ticking boxes. It’s about understanding how harm to people materialises into real business risks and how to tailor mitigating strategies to fit a company’s unique operating context and challenges.
